CollectionWells Clinical Services LLC is a Philadelphia-based healthcare support company founded by Aahil Wells. We are developing a contract-based service for organizations that need additional specimen-collection capacity at their own sites.

A laboratory may need supplemental collection support, while a research site may need collections scheduled around a study protocol. These are the specific needs our service model is designed to address.

The proposed work extends beyond the collection itself: reviewing the requisition, confirming patient identity under the partner’s procedure, collecting the authorized specimen, labeling and documenting it, and completing the agreed handoff. The partner directs the clinical work; the receiving laboratory defines its specimen requirements.

Our initial focus is Philadelphia, with service opportunities evaluated individually for schedule reliability, travel time, specimen requirements, and available capacity. We are currently in contract development and operational readiness; a clinical start date is confirmed only after the agreement, required insurance, credentials, supplies, and client-specific procedures are verified.

His experience spans emergency, neurological, dialysis, and post-acute care settings—environments that place different demands on patient communication, clinical routines, and coordination between caregivers.

Aahil’s patient-care experience shapes how he is building CollectionWells: patients should understand the collection process and be treated with respect, while healthcare partners need specimens collected, labeled, documented, and handed over according to their instructions. The company’s service model is designed to support both the patient’s experience and the partner’s collection workflow.

As founder, Aahil is developing the partner relationships, service scopes, scheduling approach, and operating procedures that will guide the launch. The plan is to begin with founder-operated assignments and grow only when signed work and verified capacity support it. That approach keeps early commitments tied to the work the company can responsibly accept.

Professional qualifications and assignment-specific competency are documented and reviewed during partner onboarding. Each engagement also requires agreement on supplies, laboratory instructions, secure documentation, escalation contacts, and the conditions for service to begin.
